There is a minimum booking period of 3 nights.

THE ABOVE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING COSTS WHICH MUST BE PAID UPON DEPARTURE
- Tourist Tax:
- Adults: 1,60 € per registered guest per day (Tourist tax: 1,01 €; Registration: 0,59 €)
- Children 7-18 years: 1,10 € per registered guest per day (Tourist tax: 0,51 €; Registration: 0,59 €)
- Electricity:
- Period from 24.04.10 - 02.10.10 electricity is included in the price of the apartment
- Period from 12.12.09 - 24.04.10 consumption of electricity is paid averagely per apartment per day:
- Type A: 4,00€
- Type C, D: 6,00€
- Type F: 8.00€
- Cleaning costs:
- Type A: 26,00 €;
- Type B-C: 30,00 €;
- Type D-E: 35,00 €;
- Type F: 40,00 €
- Child’s bed: 5,00 € per day
- Pets: 5,00 € per day
- Deposit: €100, 00 per apartment is charged at the time of hiring. If, upon departure, no damage has been done to the apartment, this deposit is returned in full
