Included in the price : rent of app. per day, bed linen, towels, wellness centre. Change of app.
Saturday – Saturday, EXTRA DAYS CAN BE BOOKED UPON REQUEST.
Arrival: Saturday, 4.pm – 7.pm, departure: By 10 am on the departure day.

Obligatory extras: t.tax 1,01 eu/adults, children 7-18 years 0,5 eu, children up to 7 years free.

Final cleaning is included in the price. The cooking area must be cleaned by the clients otherwise the final cleaning is 50 €.

MAKING A BOOKING
You make a booking by authorising PayPal or credit card/debit card payment of your deposit, part or full payment online, or by other payment methods.
When you do so, you accept on behalf of all your party the terms of these booking conditions. A binding contract between us will come into existence when we issue a hire invoice and booking acceptance. For bookings within 8 weeks of the hire date you must pay the full hire charge and all other costs at the time of booking.
We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracy on the hire invoice within 10 days of its receipt.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE
The amount payable will be shown on your hire invoice. It must be paid at least 8 weeks before your hire date. If you fail to pay in time we reserve the right to treat your hire as cancelled by you. Retain your deposit, and you will remain liable for the balance.
You may be asked to pay a security deposit; the amount will be shown on your hire invoice. You are responsible and liable for any damage done to, or loss sustained by yourself, your guests or any member of your party to the holiday home during your stay, and this mat incur liability costs in addition to the forfeit of the full value of your security deposit.
