Chalet Andrea is a new luxury house situated in natural and peaceful surroundings. Within an hours drive by car is the capital Ljubljana as well as the Seaside and Postojna. Nearby is the local attraction of an underground cave and mine, along with the beautiful mountains and the river Soca making a stay in this area an unforgettable experience.
The river Idrijca is only 9 km from our house. The local waters are renowned for their sky blue glacial colours. Anglers can find water that suits their fly-fishing abilities. Test your river craft skills on the Soca, Tolminka or Idrijca.
The Chalet has three floors with a very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and large sitting room with dining room, complete with a large “brick built” fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms, and the property will sleep a maximum of eight people.
This charming property offers beautiful views onto the garden with an outdoor eating and barbeque area. There are also swings and a private basketball court for children.

This house is in Kanal, a picturesque little town with a Venetian feel situated in the stunning Soca Valley. This house is unique in many ways. It was built as part of the original town wall that surrounded the town over 100 years ago. The rear of the house incorporates one of only two remaining turrets that made up the original six.
The house has been completely renovated and refurbished using the highest quality of materials and has accommodation for 8 people. The house is ideally situated, giving easy access to the whole of Slovenia.
From the house you can venture to the lakes and mountains of Bled, Bohinj and Triglav National Park, visit the underground cave systems of Postonja, partake in one of the many adventure activities that are run on the river Soca or visit the stunning wine growing region of Goriska Brda.
The house is one and a half hours drive from Ljubljana the Capital of Slovenia, and just a couple of hours from Venice. Kanal is just 50 minutes by car from Trieste airport in Italy (a Ryanair destination.)

On the ground floor is situated the apartment with an open plan kitchen / dining room and living room together, one bedroom, bathroom/wc and garage. The apartment has room for 4 people with possibility for 2 more people on extra beds. In front of the house there is a private garden, where you can enjoy comfortable chairs and barbecue facilities.
This holiday house apartment offers its guests an excellent starting point for discovering the rich history and beauty of the Soca Valley and Julian Alps with their natural and cultural attractions. Triglav national park starts just few kilometres away. With vast number of mountain paths, gorges, waterfalls, caves, glacier, rare animals and many other attractions to explore and enjoy.
You can enjoy all kinds of sport activities in the Soca Valley: fishing, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, hiking, parachuting, rafting. In the area there are many excellent restaurants (some of Michelin rate), where you can taste the local cuisine. We also suggest to visit the mountain cottages where best traditional cheese (Tolminc) is made in Slovenia.

Rose Cottage is a 4 bedroom house with spacious living accommodation for up to eight people , on 3 floors. Rose Cottage has a garden and balcony with beautiful views over the mountains. It is close to the centre of the village, for restaurants, bars, activity centres, shops and public transport. We have furnished the house with families and groups in mind.
The house is approx 1200 sq ft and comfortably sleeps 8 + baby (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big lounge, and big kitchen-diner). Low occupancy discounts may be available on request.

The Apartments are centrally located in Bovec, less than 200 meters from the tourist information centre in the Main Square. There is a good selection of Café’s, Bars and Restaurants all within 5 minutes walk.
Each apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with twin beds. There is a double sofa bed in each of the living rooms and a large balcony with table and chairs that looks out towards stunning scenery in the National Park. Location Gallery.
