Delightful house situated in the rolling hills of the picturesque Goricko National Park, this property is set in a peaceful location and has been recently converted from a barn.
It has three twin bedrooms and one bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted with an integral refrigerator, ceramic hob and fan oven. It is fully equipped for six people. The lounge and dining area is open plan with a contemporary feel. Heating is by wood burning stove and oil filled radiators. This property has a large garden with a patio area. There are garden chairs, barbeque and garden table available for use.
In the village of Križevci there is a small supermarket, a post office, a church and a bar. All of the bed linen, duvets, towels etc, are available for use. Weekly rental £290.00 to £350.00 plus £100 returnable security deposit, 10% discount for rental of two weeks or more.
There are several good places to eat in the vicinity.

Situated within the extremely picturesque wine growing, “Goricko Hills”. This bungalow is just on the outskirts of a village, and within just a mile of the Hungarian border, and it is within a thirty minute drive of Austria and Croatia.
The nearest ski resorts are Maribor & Rogla Ski Resorts which are just one hours drive away.
To the rear of the property is a Hunting Lodge. In the village there is a Pizzeria / Bar & local shop. The “Terme 3000” complex of Swimming pools, Spa’s and golf course, and the regional town of Murska Sobota, are all within a twenty minute drive.
The area around the village is ideal for those who enjoy cycling, walking, fishing, horse- riding & hunting. Close by is the highly recommend Rotunda restaurant.
The Bukovniško Jezero (Lake Bukovnik) is a small lake set in attractive surroundings just a short distance from the bungalow The Vitus spring nearby has waters which are reputed to have healing properties. This is a great lake to fish; picnic or barbeque; there are also a couple of hiking and cycle trails around the lake.
This property is available all year, exceptionally good value for money, very comfortable and will accommodate four people.

This pair of 3 bedroom fully furnished, newly constructed semi detached homes are located in the very scenic village of Vucja Gomila in the national park of Goricko. In addition to the 3 bedrooms each house has a bed settee in the living area which makes it possible to sleep 8 in comfort.

Double French windows leading onto large balcony at the rear enjoying fantastic views over neighbouring countryside.
This is a excellent location only 5 minutes from the spas and health complex at Moravske Toplice www.terme3000.si there is also a full 18 hole golf course 5 mins drive away.
Very quiet and peaceful location yet close to all amenities, restaurants’, shopping etc .Good fishing close by and cycling routes. Easy for day trips to Austria, Hungary and Croatia and only one hour from the winter ski resorts in Maribor. Nearest ski resort are Rogla and Maribor

This Three bedroom cottage set in the beautiful Goricko National Park sleeps up to 6 persons. It is situated in the small wine growing village of Suhi Vhr, and set within its own vineyard. The vines produce Chardonnay and Riesling wines which are available for guests to sample.
The front door opens onto a large open plan living room and kitchen, with comfortable sofa, chairs, dining table, TV/DVD. Satellite connection allows access to a range of 'freeview' channels in english and other languages (including Channel 4 and Channel 5).The centre piece of this room is the woodburning stove (wood provided) which can be used to take off the morning or evening chill in the spring or autumn. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including crockery etc for young children. There is also a food blender for those with babies who wish to puree baby food. Off the living area lie the bathroom (shower, WC, basin) and the 3rd bedroom - this contains a large sofa bed, so can be used as either a second living room or as a bedroom.Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms. The second is accessed through the first bedroom, which is standard for wine cottages in this area. The main bedrrom contains double bed, cot and single bed, whilst the second room contains twin beds. A stairgate and nightlights are provided for those with young children.In the large basement, there is a well equipped games room, containing table tennis, table football, darts, and a variety of games and outdoor play equipment.
Within 4km is the Terme 3000 Thermal Spa, which features 23 indoor and outdoor naturally heated pools, including children's pools and water slides, playground and restaurant. The spas offer a variety of days out for the family and are greatly enjoyed by children, as well as offering a wide variety of relaxing 'treatments' for the adults.
The cottage makes an excellent base for exploring this undiscovered corner of Slovenia, and also for trips into Austria, Hungary and Croatia, all of which have borders within 20 minutes drive. Budapest, Vienna and Zagreb are all within 3 hours drive. There is excellent walking, cycling (2 adult bikes are provided free of charge and further bikes can be hired cheaply locally at Moravske Toplice) and lots of excellent and very reasonable restaurants, including local Vinotoc (winery, local food) within 5 minutes walk.
The ski slopes of Maribor are only an hour by car, and in the summer cable car rides into the mountain offer excellent walking and cycling opportunities. Nearest ski resort are Rogla and Maribor
